Our Ethos

At Northolt High School, we expect students to display excellent behaviour both in school and in the community. We want our students to develop enquiring, lively minds and to have a thirst for learning. Our curriculum offer includes the core subjects of English, mathematics and science as well as others such as arts, music, drama and the humanities. School visits are an important part of what is on offer to all students.

Our Values

Northolt High School is a safe and caring community where students are encouraged and supported to do well in all areas. We are an inclusive school and cater for students of all backgrounds and abilities. We believe that working in active partnership with families and the community is very important. We welcome families, by appointment, to come into the school and meet with staff for any reason.

Our teachers are expected to teach consistently outstanding lessons and to take advantage of the opportunities they are offered to continually develop the full range of teaching skills. Our staff are well qualified, confident and passionate about what they do. The school Governors are highly effective and determined to ensure that Northolt High School continues to develop and provide a first class educational experience, for the young people that it has the privilege to educate.
