Big Balloon Numbers
Ordered 8 big balloon numbers filled with helium. They arrived on time, despite only ordering the day before. Very nice lady on the telephone who went above and beyond to get these to me in time for my event. Very impressed!

I found Claire at Not just Balloons totally unaccommadating , I placed an order for 2 separate gifts of a balloon in a box, One blue for a man the other pink for a lady , very obviously for two different people, When I received the order they both came in one box, The site is very misleading in that if more than one gift is to be delivered to the same address multiple gifts come in just one box, this was not mentioned on the website I did ring immediately after taking delivery and explained the situation and was told they PRESUMED it was the same occasion, very much as I presumed I would receive 2 separate gifts, Claire would not send me out another gift box unless I paid an extra £7.99 , I had already paid £27.98 for two balloons which by now had lost the desired effect of opening the box and the surprise balloon floating out as I now had to hold it in my hand not what I had in mind, I would definately not use this site again .
