NDF's burlesque class is amazing! Never had so much fun while keeping fit. Over the last couple of years I've learned to dance with chairs, hats, feather boas and fans, not to mention how to peel off gloves! Brilliant for confidence - I wouldn't have believed I'd have the nerve to dance in public before. Can't wait until we start rehearsing for our next show!
