I would not recommend to anyone. The service is extremely poor!! We booked them to brick inside our fireplace hole and supply a log basket to enable us to have a open fire. They cancelled their appointment with us as they said the bricks hadn't arrived. When they came 2 days later they brought the wrong basket. The correct one was delivered one evening. A piece of oak was to be carved for the mantle and this was not ready on the day promised. We found that smoke was getting into our next door neighbours house so we arranged with them to reline our chimney. The subcontractor arrived only to be advised that the parts were being delivered directly to my house. These arrived 2 hrs late. The liner was subsequently too short and the job was abandoned. The subcontractors said he would do the job for us himself and arranged for Monday. He never turned up. We rang Nottingham Fireplaces again and they eventually came out and fitted the liner. However we now have smoke coming into our living room and are awaiting their response on what they will do!!
