MEDITATION FOR RELAXATION AND HEALING with Graham Davies
These four week courses, on Mondays, will be a combination of creative visualisation, and self-healing exercises. They will be small classes with a maximum of six participants.
Daytime course starts Monday 21 September 2015. 10.30 – 11.30am each week. Fee: £30 for the 4 week course.
Evening course starts Monday 21 September 2015. 7.30 -8.30pm each week. Fee: £30 for the 4 week course.
