Nutrition is about giving your body the best foods and nutrients to achieve and maintain good health - both physically and
emotionally. By taking a complete and thorough Medical and Dietary History, a Nutritional Therapist may discover whether the body's organs are functioning at the optimum level for good health.

Over the past 14 years working as a Nutritional Therapist I have helped many patients regain their good health and along the way have acquired valuable knowledge and experience.

My knowledge is always being updated by attending seminars, taking conference calls and reading the latest nutritional research information. For 3 years I worked for 2 -days a week as a consultant nutritional therapist for York Laboratories. This gave be a good insight into food intolerances and allowed me to further my experience in this area.

I have attended workshops; with regard to Sports Nutrition, Autism, Diabetes, Obesity and Fertility, lectured at schools with regard to Sports Nutrition, advised Retirement Homes on better menu's for their residents and talked to many groups: and institutions.

Since 2007 I have become a certified practitioner in the Nutri-Energetics System (NES). This is revolutionary new approach to evaluating and promoting wellness and is based on the concept of the ‘human body-field'. This is the culmination of IZ5 years of work into how physics explains biology - through the mapping of the electrodynamic body-field. Developed by Harry Massey and Peter Fraser, the science behind NES integrates research in the fields of physics, quantum biology, mathematics, Westem and Chinese medicine.

The result is the first accurate map of the human body-field, which acts as the master control system (like software on a computer) and the development of a system for restoring optimum health.
