Disappointing Service
Arranging a click & collect service from 02 Ellesmere Port, on arrival to what should have e been a quick in, pick up my goods and go I was totally shocked with the service. The staff were inadequate Trying to upgrade my phone when I didn't go in for this only to pick up a new order. To my horror they took my phone and tried to log into my 02 account without asking me first. When I told them to stop, they near enough threw my phone back at me & gave me my goods and left. What a disgrace & totally not the service I expected. Not a great customer service at all.
