Paula holds ITEC* Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology, Massage, Reflexology. SAC Diploma in Aromatherapy, Hypnotherapy, Crystal Therapy. Jing Certificate in Advanced Massage and Table Thai Massage, Holistic Medical Massage. TATh* in Thermo-auricular Therapy, Focus Therapies Certificate in Hot Stone Massage and Reiki Master.

Hot Stone Massage...

Hot Stone Massage offers a deeply relaxing treatment using smooth Basalt stones, heated in water and applied to the body using grapeseed oil. The stones are placed on specific acupressure points to melt away knots, tension and stress. The properties of the stones work in unison with the body's energy pathways to offer a luxurious and therapeutic massage.
There are a variety of other types of massages available including Thai-style massage and Holistic Medical massage
