Good luck if anything is wrong with the item. They denied faults with two record players (the 1st was scratched and my wife was told that the only way to have another in time for xmas was to buy a 2nd one. This turned out to have a faulty display). We returned both items and expected a full refund/replacement but after several phone conversations with them my wife was so upset that she refused to call them again. They were rude and refused to acknowledge any problem with either record player (actually they admitted that the 1st item had hairline scratches but would not accept that this was sufficient for a refund!). We decided to communicate by email but these were all subsequently ignored leaving us £300 out of pocket and without anything to show for it. After threatening legal action we eventually received a refund although they had deducted a delivery charge, which I believe is against the Sale of Goods Act since we returned the goods asap and they were both faulty.
