I'm a fully qualified & registered Level 4 massage therapist specialising in sports massage, deep tissue therapy, & dry needling. I use a combination of deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy & other techniques to help release tension & promote healing. I also incorporate stretching & a range of motion exercises to help you maintain flexibility & prevent future injuries.

As a fully qualified female Personal Trainer with a private gym away from people's eyes (please visit my website to get an idea of my setup) your workouts (resistance & strength training) are designed around your ability, goals & lifestyle. And of course, nutrition advice if you would like any support in that area too. You can book as many weekly sessions as you'd like & train on a 1-2-1 basis or with a training buddy (2-2-1). I'll always try to be flexible, and fit the sessions around your availability whenever possible. Let me know when suits you & we'll take it from there.
