Poor service, unreliable and left broken tiles.
We wanted to use another local firm CPH who we had used before and were really impressed with, but Newglaze insisted on this firm. They did not turn up on the day scheduled and I'd taken the day off especially. They were slow dismantling we had to call a number of times and we have at least 4 damaged tiles some of which we pointed out at the time and in follow up we've been told they can't price in broken tiles and we need to read the T&c's properly. Overall a dreadful experience, would not recommend....ever.
