I was diagnosed with large left paracentral disc protrusion L5-S1 displacing and compressing left S1 nerve root. I was informed I would most likely need micro surgery on my back. I also suffer from tendernitous in my shoulder. I have been under going physio with Francelise and have progressively gained more mobility with less pain and can now get about for longer periods without the aid of crutches. There is a strong possibility I will no longer require surgery. From my first appointment Francelise has put me at ease. She has made it very easy for me to understand the treatment being given and the what the benefits should be. Also explaining quite clearly what exercises I myself can do. She has been a great help in my recovery.
