Terrible service

I was first of all very pleased with the level of service I received when visiting the Garage with a hole in my tyre. I was told that it would be fixed early the next day and ready for pick up around Midday. This was all very good and I left happy. However when I arrived to pick up my tyre to my horror the alloy wheel itself was covered in scratches, dents and chips. Understandably i was very upset at this and when i approached the owner to rectify the situation, I was met by a very rude person who disregarded everything I said. Even when stating i had a second opinion the person in question was sure that his machine could not be capable of this and continued his conversation with other customers totally ignoring my problem. He told me that it must have been like this before even though my car is relatively new and kept very well maintained. Overall the level of professionalism I received was terrible and i would highly recommend anyone thinking about using this garage to forgot about it and head to Dingwall where the service is to a far higher standard.
