Customer Service and technical advice (after product purchase) was non-existent. Complete and utter indifference as to whether or not the product was delivered and in what condition. The website incorrectly identified the product, as a result this contributed to the incorrect product being dispatched to France. The staff were clueless as to what product they had actually sold. The Outdoorbits business landline did not accept incoming phone calls from France. If you require Gaslo products-go to Gaslo direct. If you require solar panels and fittings, go to Photonicuniverse. Both companies offer an outstanding level of technical knowledge and customer service. For anything else, shop around!
