sometimes good sometimes bad
I have been using this company for the last 2 years to rebuild my pc and fix other people's pcs. The level of service depends totally on whether the product it ok. If there is any kind of fault then it can take what seems like ages to get anything sorted out and they try to rely on people not knowing much about computers to put people off getting exchanges and refunds. As soon as they realise that you know anything about computers then things are sorted pretty promptly but since the recession started there are far better places to buy computers and parts from. Very overpriced and bad customer service.

Worst experience ever
Bought a graphics card that was poorly described. Turned out that it wouldnt fit, but they refused to allow an exchange for a different product. Emails were borderline rude and completely unhelpful from the start. Had to get trading standards involved in the end. Terrible customer service - avoid.
