Terrible Storage, Awful customer Service

I used this comapny for household and furniture storage in Folkestone. Within three days my belongings had moved containers and had been mixed up with someone elses. I was told this would be sorted and my items would not be moved again. 10 months later i request access to my things as i had got a new house. I was informed they were in Dover! Aparently i had been notified and as they hadn't heard from me went ahead and moved them anyway but can not provide proof i was notified. I had to pay extra to access my belongings in Dover, which were again mixed in with other peoples. I have items missing, the comapny deny an inventory ever being written and pretty much accusing me of making it up. Boxes were damaged, items in boxes were broken and smashed. Furniture scratched and damaged. I attempted to resolve these issues direct with the company with no success. I have now lodged a formal complaint with The National Guild of Removers and Storers who are investigating. I obviously can not comment on their removals service but as for the storage it has caused me stress, cost me financially and have damaged items that i treasured.
