POOR AFTER-SALES

Excellent showroom with friendly staff, books of various designs to browse at leisure + our lovely chair, obviously made with care by craftsmen - all let down by the worst after-service we’ve ever received by any company. The base was damaged when delivered, and even though we were asked to send photos, emails and had to make phone-calls, no apology was offered. One of the family caused more problems when attempting to heavy-handedly change the base, and he was rude and disrespectful throughout. He refused to discuss our concerns about the slanting state of the chair and after only a short time, he stormed out of the house with the chair, insisting we'd have to accept a refund if we weren't happy. We were extremely worried and upset as it was our 'dream chair' - A terrible experience!
