took tv returned without mains lead told have to go to shop to pick up asked for replacement part to be fitted and old part to send back agreed but when returned they said part had been thrown away came back with scratch on casing about 1 inch square they said it was there already so I mentioned trading standards they then couldn't open doors fast enough took tv couldn't give like for like ie mine is 32 inch lcd they lent me a 38 goodmans tv 3'6 x 2'6 x 3' tv huge thing with only 1 scart then the repair was done like a car filled sanded and sprayed the casing was not fitted correctly after spraying and the driver could not speak english and could not set the tv up after repair the repair cost £150 cash would not accept cards not enough customer service from this tv repair shop this might be a one off but this was my experience with them and my tv has only been repaired the once
