now addicted to health products!
I really fealt the need to review this store because I have had such good results from using their products. I was advised on supplements and skincare to help heal my skin (very bad sun damage over the years and dark spots). I have tried every expensive skin cream around and it's only when I took supplements, used rose hip oil and switched to Dr hauschka skin creams that my skin drastically changed. I recently bought a detox/ weight loss product. Though I was sceptical, I feel lighter, thoroughly cleansed, less bloated, my appetite has decreased and i have lost 5pounds in 2 weeks with no dieting. I am a convert.

Great changes
This store is a great place to shop NOW. But it has gone through many changes in the past... I must say there have been good times and there have been bad times! Like they used to always be out of stock of my vits! But it seems that they are under new management, fully stocked and have a full refund policy in place. I'm particularly in love with all the superfoods an yummy health bars they carry. And loads of new skin creams. I love the place and glad service has improved!

Disgusted and very upset ...
Bought an expensive pair of FitFlop Gough shoes here and within a couple of hours realised that I had made a mistake (couldn't really afford them) and decided to return them UNWORN and not even removed from box. Staff REFUSED to give me a refund and I am hurt and very upset that their customers obviously mean so little to them and money obviously comes first. Whatever happened to kindness and compassion. I will NEVER return to this or any Panacea store and will be telling everyone I know to avoid them like the plague!!!
