Still waiting for a £498.00 refund
Purchased 2 Northern Over Me lights on 15.03.23. Cancelled the order on 15.06.23 due to well overdue delivery and lack of communication from Panik re the delay. Still waiting for Panik to issue a refund of £498.00. No response to email I sent on 07.07.23 chasing up the refund.

Unreliable
A recent attempt to purchase a watch, I was given a quote of £100 to post to Australia! I contacted the company and they refused to send an itty bitty watch via registered and fully insured post for the £18 British Post charge and demanded the £100! I then ordered the item to be sent to the UK for forwarding unwrapped to Australia by a friend and excluded VAT. I paid for the item then was refunded without any warning, this cost me albeit a small amount, in lost exchange rate costs. They should of discussed this with me first. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Would never use this site outside of the UK, too risky and unpredictable.
