Great Shop
I got my wedding dress and my three bridesmaid dresses from Pascali and the service we all received was brilliant. I got married abroad and the staff at Pascali were full of helpful tips and advice about traveling with the dresses etc. The staff were all very friendly and I felt that I got an honest opinion about styles of dress, colours etc that would suit me, my bridesmaids and the type of wedding I was having (regardless of price!!) I highly recommend a visit to this shop if you are getting married.

BRILLIANT !!!!!!!!
Pascali is a fabulous wedding shop with the most helpful and knowledgeable staff working there. I was a bit anxious about trying on wedding dresses, not something that you do everyday but no need for worrying. From the minute we walked in we were made to feel very welcome and totally at ease. The lady that l dealt with was amazingly helpful and even after 2 hours or so and many dresses later was still so very helpful. The whole experience was just wonderful and l can not reccomend Pascali enough.....and l now have a fabulous dreamy dress to get married in....happy days...

stay away!!
Pascali is a terrible shop.Do not go there. I ordered my dress last October and they told me it would be in in April.This did not happen. I called every month asking about it and was just fobbed off each time(something they later denied doing).This was so stressful .Finally A month before my wedding after many phone calls my dress did come in BUT...they had ordered a size 16 instead of a size 6! This was so upsetting. The staff didnt even apologize.They even tried to make me feel as though it was my fault. They got very defensive and slightly aggressive over the issue. The problem was rectified and i did get my dress in the end. Overall it was a really bad experience. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Go else where.

Fantastic!!!!
Pascali is an amazing shop with such fantastic staff. I was very nervous about buying my wedding dress with being a bigger bride but as soon as i stepped into Pascali i was made to feel at ease. They helped me select different dresses to try and were so helpful and they definitely know there stuff as my dress that turned out to be my perfect dress 'the one' i didnt even want to try and on and im so pleased and grateful that they persuaded me as i felt a million dollars on my wedding day and i couldnt of done it without Pascali! Thank you x

Stressful
I tried a dress i really liked only to be pressured in to buying it, they told me that if i didnt put down a deposit it might go and id never have it. i later found out this one untrue and will be buying the dress from somewjere else! do not go here!! they use scare tactics!!

Last minute dot com!
Pascali is a very friendly and welcoming shop, and they have a great range of dresses. However, their follow-up customer service was a let down. I have had a couple of issues like the wrong veil being ordered, and being double booked for a fitting. But my main complaint is that my dress was supposed to arrive a month before the wedding, and it actually only turned up days before! It caused a lot of stress, and what should have been a happy experience (buying the dream dress!) turned out to be upsetting. The dress did come, but if you are prone to worrying, I wouldn't recommend going to Pascali!

NERVOUS WEDDING GOWN BUYER
WELL, NO ONE WAS MORE NERVOUS THAN I WAS WHEN I STARTED LOOKING FOR MY WEDDING GOWN. WE BRIDES ARE TOLD TO VISIT MANY SHOPS..DONT BOTHER. I JUST ENDED UP CONFUSED AND FEELING VERY STRESSED, THEN I VISITED PASCALI BRIDES. WHAT A FRIENDLY AND HAPPY PLACE THIS SHOP IS. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL STAFF AND I SOON FELT VERY RELAXED. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS ONE OF LIGHT HEARTED JOY. I CHOSE MY BEAUTIFUL GOWN, BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES AND ACCESSORIES THAT I WORE ON MY WEDDING DAY LAST MONTH. ALL BEAUTIFULLY FITTED AND PRESENTED TO ME BY SUCH LOVELY PEOPLE. I WOULD THOROUGHLY RECCOMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE GETTING MARRIED. YOU WILL HAVE A REALLY NICE TIME TRYING ON THEIR DRESSES IN A VERY RELAXED AND FUN ATMOSPHERE.
