Lewis, I know you read this message board as you have mentioned it in several text messages to me. Almost 14 months have elapsed since you received several thousand pounds in deposits for new windows and still I have received anything despite numerous messages form you to say they are in production, the last message being October 9th 2023, you sir are peculator and I will continually be searching for you, wherever you may be hiding. To anyone reading this blog DO NOT USE this company he will have the shirt off your back. Theft is not a word to be used lightly but after 14 months Mr. Lewis’s actions are bordering Fraud. It will be interesting to see if I obtain a reaction - go for it Lewis as I shall be following you wherever you may go on social media, you should be ashamed with yourself.

Replacement sash windows
I was sorry to hear of the issues you have encountered with Lewis Eyre - Patton Joinery. I too have a similar experience with sash windows which where ordered in September of last year (2022) and still not been delivered. Unfortunately I am out of pocket to the tune of almost 8,000 pounds. Interestingly as late as February of this year he was still using Patton Joinery in his communication. I have been promised several delivery dates since September of last year and not one has been achieved. I have been promised my money back if not delivered by a specific date and not received any compensation. I have been threatened with being “Ruined” and had my wife called “Dizzy”. Under no circumstance would I recommend this business it is a complete scam. My next recourse is the small claims court and as I have all the txt messages and implied threats and all the records of false delivery dates along with the reference to Patton Joinery it will be an interesting case and one which I will happily pursue for as long as it takes to obtain recompense. The man is a shyster.

WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?
This work was NOT carried out by Patton Joinery, i have explained to you on numorous occasions, this was an ex sub contractor who we sacked, he then went on to carry out work in our name... you completed no due dilligence and simply gave him your money BEFORE HE HAD DONE A SINGLE THING, he was falsly stating to be patton joinery... i have passed on to you all the details of this fraudulant person.. Im sorry i cant help you any further, but stating lies about our company will not resolve your situation.

Avoid
Took a deposit for the job never turned up on several occasions and won’t return the money after months of asking further investigations undergoing! Avoid at all costs

Replacement sash windows
I used Patton Joinery to replace some sash windows, they were totally unreliable, never turn up when arranged. They have no pride in their work and no respect for the property they are working on. The windows were not finished to the standards they stated and they got more paint on the surrounding sills and the carpet and interior than on the window frames. They demanded a deposit before starting and expected full payment before the job was completed to a satisfactory conclusion. They left all their mess and the old frames to be removed at the end of the job.
