Trainee surveyor role (voluntary)

Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to apply for the ‘’Trainee Surveyor’’ role currently in the Real Estate Industry in your company, which could lead to a permanent role within your company. I am currently studying for the ''Master of Science Real Estate Management'' at ‘’BCU’’ until 1st December 2021. I have worked at several multinational companies such as Serco, Carillion, Highways Agency, and Flour in the construction industry. I have gained excellent customer service experience and relish the opportunity to succeed and adapt in the construction industry. From my latest role as an ‘’Customer Service Driver ‘’at Serco working with various departments both externally and internally, inclusive of providing high levels of customer service, data control, and communication methods, which I believe are important & perfect for the role. However, I was a ‘’CAD Designer’’ at Carillon Birmingham in 2016-8 to gain such expertise. In my previous role, I have been responsible for technical design, surveying, planning and successful delivery of varied construction projects in the UK estimated at 20 million in revenue, which when coupled with my enthusiasm and desire to achieve will make me an asset to your company. At BCU, I already passed achieving in various modules such as Valuation, Inspection and surveying, and Commercial Law. I am also a member of the RICS. I am confident that I can bring this level of success with me from University and help build upon your reputation as the number one company in the UK. With my previous experience, expertise, I aim for high standards and quality, which I believe my drive & determination; will have an immediate impact on my life, family and to be able to accomplish this as a poor upcoming black individual who started with nothing.
