Bad Rust removal job

On recommendation from one of my Customers I decided to take my 8-Seater Mini Bus to David of Paulerspury Coachworks to have the rust removed from my rear wheel arches and generally have the paintwork neatened up. After 3 days I collected my Vehicle only to find that there were areas where he had left bare metal open to the elements. I immediately complained that these areas would be prone to rusting. He agreed and told me to bring the Vehicle back when he had time to correct his bad workmanship. It took about 3 months but finally he said he had the time to work on my Vehicle. I left the Vehicle with him for another 2 days only to find when I collected it he had done half the job and only corrected the one side. Once again he said he would contact me when he had time to correct his bad workmanship. That was in November to-date he has not contacted me and the Vehicle is now rusting in places where it did not have rust before he worked on it.
