Specialist Installer in Liquid and Traditional floor screeds

Liquid screed is a calcium sulphate based screed which is delivered from the suppliers in truck mixers and placed on to the floor by pump.

Liquid screed is fast becoming the most popular screed for use on all types of building projects due to the reduced installation time in comparison to traditional sand and cement screeds up to 1000m2 can be laid in a day. It is also the screed of choice for underfloor heating due to the fact it flows all around the pipes leaving no air gaps making the whole system much more effective both in performance and cost.

All of our installation team are fully trained and hold CSCS cards.

It can be applied in new constructions as well as to old concrete floors. If the construction concrete is covered by an epoxy or similar coating we haves the technology to effectively remove the coating, exposing the underneath construction concrete prior to producing a polished finish.

We supply and install all types of self levelling compounds from 3 - 75mm which can simply be used to cover over existing concrete and screeds to make good for installation of floor finishes such as tiles, laminate or vinyl.

For more industrial uses such as in factories where depth and strength is important, we offer self compacting compounds that offer a wearing surface as well as high strength compounds which will take vehicles being driven over them.
Setting times can be from 1-5 hours.
Foot traffic time from 1 -12 hours.
