There is emergency, then there is panic when your notepad has a critical error and shuts down 24 hours before your heading up north to the Islands for a week on business. I phoned this number and explained my situation and they took my notepad at 1pm and found a major problem in the hard drive. It was delivered back to me at midnight, dropped off at my home and I am typing this review on it. What can I say, above and beyond doesn't begin to describe what they did and I can't thank them enough. The service they supply is Amazing!
