Good products - poor service
Arranged for Peerless to coat some acrylic sheets. One sheet came back damaged, not only did they not accept liability, but they were incredibly slow in responding to my complaint. I raised the issue of slow customer service with the MD who said he would contact me - I'm still waiting 4 weeks later. Says it all!
