Founded in 1979, Pegasus Builders specialise in listed building renovation and period property restoration, together with bespoke new properties. With over 1100 major projects in our portfolio we have gained significant expertise in the extension, renovation and architectural remodeling of traditional and historic buildings.

Our extensive experience and meticulously acquired knowledge enable us to create properties faithfully constructed in traditional styles, often combined with contemporary interiors. We retain specialist teams who share a passion for conserving and enhancing the architectural heritage of older properties - in particular, listed buildings. Our people are trained with the techniques to faithfully create historic walling with period joinery, crafted for external elevations and enrichment of the interiors.

We are keenly aware that the appointment of a contractor presents clients with a difficult choice. With this in mind our building teams have developed strong working relationships with architects and surveyors who share our enthusiasm for renovating period properties. These links with engaged professionals underpin the quality of our construction and high standards.

We believe that our Project Management is essential in providing the foundation to ensure the continuity of resources keep projects on time, and on budget. So much so that our Managing Director has been the project manager on each and every contract. From a period home renovation in Petworth, through to bespoke property restoration in Haslemere and innovative replacement houses throughout the South Downs National Park, Paul is always available to all of our clients.

Pegasus Builders are based in Petersfield, specialising in listed building restoration in the South Downs National Park. Our projects are predominantly located in Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex and we focus our operations south of Guildford stretching from Alton to Midhurst. However, we continue to support projects in London, south of the river.
