Disgraceful "business"
Absolutely atrocious service. And this was even before they crossed my doorstep!! I cancelled the appointment as we had decided to go with an alternative company. Then I was subjected to an interrogation over the phone with one of their sales reps!! Disgusted - and what's more, they are part of the DO NOT TOUCH Weatherseal group. I had a one paragraph response from their customer services manager. Please, for your own sanity - do not touch these people.
