Please Please take this review seriously. This shop is the worst shop it has ever been my misfortune to have delt with. The owner/manager seems to be under the impression that she is doing you a personal favor by allowing you to set foot in her establishment. Once you have actually entered this establishment i will almost gaurentee the level of service will be of such a shockingly bad standard that at some point there will be tears. Probably the brides when after being told to "come back when you have your dad with you" she realises that her dress dose not fit ( in our case by 5inches across the bust!!!!) and that it cant be altered WRONG!! yes it could and was at a different shop!! The next wonderful piece of customer service came when the formal wear for 5 men arrived and guess what it did not fit these were apparently altered although we are not sure how and neither was the seamstress who looked at them for us as no stitching was visible, but worse in this tale of woe was the state of the shirts that were supplied DIRTY, TORN AND DIFFERENT COLOURS WITH SOME VERY STRANGE STAINS AND SMELLS. The shop maintains these came from the same supplier as the suits although having spoken to this supplier they maintain they have never supplied this shop with shirts. So we can only assume they are old stock from the shop. Suit supplier is now looking into how deal with this as they do not want tarnishing with the reputation thi shop is bound to obtain . The bride has been lied to on numerous occasions and insulted on many more. Now four days befor the wedding we are going to have to buy the shirts. Whilst in the shop today another bride had all of the same complaints and it is only 2 days until her wedding. So ours was obviously not an isolated case. We are now considering further action. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

NEVER go to this place...
NEVER go to this place, they will ruin your wedding! None of the staff seem to be able to measure properly, everyone had to be measured twice! We all went to get measured for suits 2 months ago, then again a few days ago just to be sure, none of the suits they had for us fit. They told us to pick up the suits the DAY BEFORE the wedding (luckily this was before we decided to try them on) so we complained and got them today (5 days before the wedding), all of the shirts are not wearable, there are stains on all of them, the groom's shirt is ripped and is even the wrong colour! They have told us today that they are unwilling to do anything about this! The wedding dress was 4 sizes too big, they refused to do the alterations for a mistake that was clearly theirs! So we had to go elsewhere. Luckily we didn't get any other dresses from here. IF you ever decide to go to this place PLEASE make sure you get the suits and dresses in advance, but be prepared to be disappointed!
