My name is Jamie Stedman, I am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, recognised by REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals), my aim is to offer more than just hands on personal training. As a personal trainer I feel as if my job is much more than basically instructing a client through 2 hours personal training a week. The aim is to educate my clients to do most of the things for themselves and increase their knowledge through the exercise journey.

As a client you will receive a weekly email giving you exercise hints and tips as well as a free health and fitness article uploaded on my website on the top fitness topics to help you towards reaching your goals each week. My personal training packages also include recipes, e-books, free kit, meal plans, nutritional assessments, free prizes such as massage vouchers and much more.

I have my own private fitness studio where I do most of my training. I also offer outdoor sessions across various locations as well as home visit sessions.
