lucky to find these guys
We've been with this company for over 4 years and have been very lucky with all of our service men. Their technician do an outstanding job servicing our home/yard. They are always polite and understanding of our needs. We have a daughter and German Shepard so environmentally friendly products are a priority!

bug problem
One day when I was unloading my groceries I saw these little critters in my cupboard. I took a picture of the bugs and sent it to them. There specialist identified them as pantry pests. We had to through out all opened items (not canned goods). Then technician came in and treated our cupboards. We've been good since. Thanks!

Mice problem
I called this company stressed out after seeing a mouse in my apartment. I am so afraid of mice. The woman that answered the phone was so patient with me she scheduled a technician to come and seal the access points in my apartment. The technician was great and resolved the problem. The best thing is they stand behind their work and warranty what they call a rodent proofing for up to 90 days.

Pest Removal
We thought we had squirrels or mice in the attic. Called in the morning and service man from PCW was here in the afternoon. He figured we had just heard a mice on the roof and there were no pest issues in the attic, so nothing needed to be done. No charge for the visit! We could have been taken advantage of, and were not. What can I say?

I called on the phone and they explained to me how the procedure worked. They came to my house and found multiple holes on my roof. They repaired all the spots and did some preventive work for the future. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!

Exterminating Carpenter Ants
EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! I called this company because of the outstanding reviews I read on network. The technician assessed my carpenter ant situation and took the time to explain how he would treat the infestation. He was confident that these pests would be eliminated once and for all! (I had tried to rid them myself for months but the ant population kept escalating). After he treated my entire house--inside and out, he patiently answered my questions. He is truly passionate about providing prompt and efficient service and most importantly he does it with compassion and a true since of pride. I highly recommend he's expert, honest, friendly and professional work.
