I have been running my petsitting service since leaving the police force nearly 17 yrs ago.i look after your pets either at my home or yours. dogs must stay at my home if you are away over night as "visits" are not fair on your dog and could leave them very upset. house visits to feed,water let out for "wees" are all part of the service. Free,no obligation ,visit to tailor service to your pets needs .House security available-free when petsitting.

Pet and House Sitting Service

Pet and House Sitting Services has been established for 19 years. I run the business from my home in Fulford , Stoke-on-Trent. Dogs are boarded here in my home and cared for as if they were my own. All pets have to pass an interview to make sure ALL dogs staying are friendly and get on with others. All pets have to be fully vaccinated ,including kennel cough. Dogs stay in a doggie dorm. and are not caged at all. They have the run of the garden and field area (all are escape proof unless your dogs called Houdini !) Dogs are taken on daily walks ,driven in the car to a nice beauty spot such as Barlaston Downs or Parkhall Hills.
House visits are usually for cats and small pets such as rabbits,birds,reptiles. These are tailord to suit the individual. A home visit is booked and I call and discuss your security and pets needs,feeding regime etc.
As a retired ploice officer my credentials can be easily verified. and so you can feel safe in the knowledge you know who is looking after your home and pets.
I am fully licensed by Staffordshire Borough Council as required by law and my home has a full vet inspection annually.

WHOSE THERE IF THEY ARE TAKEN ILL,FRIGHTENED OF THUNDER OR EVEN TERRIBLE TO THINK ABOUT ,A HOUSE FIRE? I STARTED WITH VISITS-IT LASTED ONE DAY! THE SAD FACES WHEN I LEFT AND WOULDNT BE BACK TILL THE A.M WAS AWFUL-SO THEY CAME HOME WITH ME. IVE NEVER LOOKED BACK.

DOGGY INTERVIEWS

ALL DOGS HAVE TO COME FOR AN INTERVIEW. THIS IS TO LET THE DOGS HAVE A LOOK AROUND.THIS HELPS TO PUT THEM AT EASE WHEN THEY COME TO STAY.IT ALSO HELPS TO PUT OWNERS MINDS AT EASE!IT GIVES THE OWNERS TIME TO TELL ME ALL THE IMPORTANT INFO I WILL NEED TO MAKE THEM SAFE AND HAPPY .ALL DOGS HAVE TO BE FRIENDLY WITH OTHER DOGS AS THEY ARE NOT IN PENS.SMALL DOGS AND LARGE DOGS DONT HAVE TO MIX,BUT USUALLY THEY ARE HAPPY TO. ALL PETS HAVE TO HAVE FULL INOCULATIONS.

LICENSED

ALL PET SITTERS SHOULD HOLD A KENNELS LICENCE. THIS IS REQUIRED BY LAW(ANIMAL BOARDING ESTABLISHMENTS ACT 1963). EVEN THOUGH THE DOGS ARE LIVING IN A HOME. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ASK TO SEE IT. IT ENSURES THE PLACE HAS BEEN VETTED AND OK'D TO LOOK AFTER YOURE PRECIOUS PETS PROPERLY.
