We were selling a house with oil central heating.The boiler is over 30 years old but serviced every year and in good working order. A young couple was buying the house and because of the age of the boiler asked it they could send a heating engineer out to check and service the boiler to which i agreed to, Pete the plumber arrived and was rude and said the flew was leaking gases and the boiler was rusted out and a small glass veiwer was cracked and he wouldnt be able to get a replacement and then said the boiler was in a to bad condation to service and should be replaced and gave a price of 3,500 to 4,000 pounds i then asked him to leave. the next day we askes a large reputable heating firm to service the boiler and they came,serviced the boiler, no gass leaking anywhere, and the system was 87% efficent. Be careful of Pete the plumber as i felt he was trying to rip me off and he was not being honest. NOT A NICE MAN.

Rude and Patronising
I hired this plumber and found him very rude and felt he lied when I asked him questions regarding the work he done. He also left the place a mess and didn't clean up. Would NOT recommend OR EVER use again!!! Disgusting "professional" behaviour. Mrs M
