About Us

P.F. Windibank was established in 1945 by Peter Frank Windibank who had a vision of offering a personal service, great expertise and a commitment that the company would be an active contributor to the local community. Following his death in 1986 the business was transferred to his son, Simon Windibank who has continued to follow his father's vision whilst adding technology to further enhance our service to customers both in the UK and internationally.


P.F Windibank are proud to offer competitive pricing, flexible home valuations, and 8 auctions in the year with diverse, and interesting items. We do all of this whilst maintaining our open family approach that has thrived for over 60 years.

We are delighted to further innovate our business by launching an online shop from September 2013 which you can find on our home page.

Antique & Fine Art Auctions

P F Windibank regularly hold Fine Art and Antique Auctions. A full catalogue of the antiques including colour photographs is available here on our website one week prior to the Auction. Register with us to be notified about auctions.

Viewings

Viewings are on the Thursday evening from 5-9pm and Friday from 9am-5pm preceding the auction and in the morning of the sale between 8.15 and 10.15 am.

When you attend a viewing session the Auctioneer is always present and is happy to give his opinion on any lot and indicate the price he expects the antiques to achieve.

Shop

For your convenience we have set up this shop to complement our offerings in auction. This shop allows our customers to buy and sell items in between auctions as well as purchasing unsuccessful post auction items

It is fast and convenient, you may view and buy items at the click of a button, and most items can be posted to you (postage and packing charges apply at time of purchase).

We can also sell items in our shop on behalf of third parties, if you are interested in placing items please contact us
