shocking
recovery truck was dirty, smelt of smoke, driver had no uniform looked a scruff, then went on to tell us how only a few days before he had worked a 20 hour day 10 hours at work followed by a 10 hour recovery to newcastle!! if thats the way they treat staff dread to think how they would treat my car i took a tow home not to there garage!
