We had our fascias, soffits and guttering replaced by Phoenix, excellent service and value for money. All the staff were polite and the work was carried out on time and to the highest quality. We discussed with Nigel potentially some further work that we may require being carried out in the near future, and was given a excellent quote with no pressure. Highly recommended thanks once again.

Great Workers

Phoenix UPVC - Fascias Soffits and Gutters
Very friendly and helpful staff. The job was carried out to an exceptional standard. There was a delay in the initial start date but they phoned me the week before hand to put back the start from the Thursday to the following Monday, however, I was Very happy with the whole experience!

this company has taken almost £5000 from us for a conservatory and are now demanding more money or they say they will not do anymore work they know we are pensioners but all they want to do is rip people off beware do not trust anything this company say nigel franchetti and lee ward promised us a wonderful conservatory all we have is substandard unfinished work be warned stay away rom this companyf

id wish id never heard the names lee ward and nigel franchetti!there serial liars and there staff are cowboys and very untidy,they have fitted fascias soffits and guttering and made a terrible job of it,they have also taken thousands of pounds from me and my family for a conservatory which they havent returned,dont put your faith in trading standards they seem powerless against them,cowboy builders and a youtube vid are my next move...

Orangary From Phoenix
Phoenix have recently made all my dreams come true. They came out to see us and designed what we were looking for, not what some other companies tried to push on us. As promised, they made the perfect extesion to our property, our Orangary is stunning in every way. Their team was polite and pleasent, a great expereince all round. thanks again.

My wife and i had nothing but troubles with our windows and roof leaking, the chaps from phoenix came out and replaced what needed replacing and fixed out roof at a very reasonable fee. I have recommeded them to all my family.

conservatory
We had a conservatory built by phoenix upvc and from start to finish the service was excellent the owner Lee Ward was absolutely fantastic and made us so happy. We would highly reccomend them and will DEFINITELY be using them in the future.

PHOENIX UPVC LTD NORTHWEST, I can only say what a pleasure from start to finish i have had my full house of windows and fascias done recently and have recommended the service to several of my friends. the finish on the job was second to none, the workmen were clean tidy and very professional. i cannot comment on the previous comments but can only say it does not sound like the company i delt with at all.
