Excellent pillow
I’ve had a Han pillow since 2001. Really happy with it as it provides my neck the support it needs. I would to buy a couple more for my friends. I’ve been using this pillow all these years and It’s still in perfect condition, hasn’t lost shape, comfort or support. It’s great to have the perfect pillow and enjoy a good night’s sleep.

how do i wash my pillow
I have had my pillow quite a while and although I love it to bits I feel it needs a wash does any onr know how I do this as I cant find any washing info

Best pillow I have ever had
I gave my han pillow to a friend who had serious neck pain, unfortunately I was unable to find another one. Wish they were in production somewhere, never had a good nights sleep since giving mine away, and I have spent over £100 each on various pillows, none come anywhere near han pillow

Not recommended!
I recently bought two of these pillows at the Malvern caravan show, I was assured they would be far more comfortable than my current dunlopillows, sadly I cannot agree, they are so uncomfortable and I can also feel the springs in the middle, they are far too high and too big for a standard pillowcase. I did try to contact the pillow centre in rhyl by e-mail asking for a refund but so far they have declined to answer. I can only assume they are a load of cowboys selling rubbish!

Avoid!
I bought two of these pillows at a craft fair in Norfolk after a demonstration and the lady telling me they are much better than memory foam, wich I was using. I bought one for myself and one for my Mother. I have Fibromyalgia and my Mother has Arthritis and we both suffer headaches and back trouble. We have both gotten awful neck and back pain since using these awful pillows! They are large, uncomfortable and feel very cheap. Avoid at all costs, do not be ripped off! I'm going back to my memory foam, much better for a good nights sleep.

Having been extremely please with two pillows purchased a few years ago I recently purchased two more at the Royal Berks County show. However they are very different - much bigger and firmer making them near impossible to fit into the std pillow case and uncomfortable. I suspect they are a cheap imitation of the original and not what what they appear or sold as.

i already have one of your pillows,which i am delighted with. i decided to buy another at the royal highland show and recomended them to my friends. three of them bought one. on returning home,i just opened mine at the weekend and found it very different !!! i have trouble getting it to fit into my pillow cases.it is much larger in circumference by around 4.5 inches which makes it very tight with on give for comfort ,so have not used it ! i have tried your phone line to talk the matter over, but no one answers .would you please get in touch . my phone number is 01771 624331.

Fantastic, I have never had a bad nights sleep due to my kneck problems since using the "Han" Pockect Sprung Pillow 7yrs ago. I now use them on all my beds.
