Well Done
I recently had them come out and remove and replace the hot and cold shower stems for one of our rental apartments and prior to that, remove and replace all faucet fixtures and snake the shower drain and the main washout line. Everything was well done.

Everything was done to perfection
Their technician comes on time and cleans up at the end. His work is very professional and thorough. He can fix any problem large or small. His prices are reasonable. I have had him to plumbing, electrical, tile, painting and everything was done to perfection.

Water line replacement
Pinner Builders responded to my request for a quote very quickly and, when we decided to book them, did the job within the week. The staff were very very friendly and courteous. The worksite was left very clean and our water pressure has already improved. I would recommend Pinner Builders to anyone.

Chimney Rebuild
As I have been electrocuted by wooden slide rules, I tend to shy away from anything to do with building. JPinner Builders brought confidence, competence, meticulousness and kindness to the job of beautifully restoring a formerly ugly chimney to our early 1900s home.

Ceiling and Wall painting
I'm amazed by the work Carter did to the ceilings and walls of our home. I'm very impressed by the work ethic, and found the man in charge, Carter, to be very addressing, very cordial. Loved the estimate, loved the guarantee, loved the care to the environment with paints used. I have since suggested Pinner Builders to my friends and family. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Electricial Work

Drain replace
Work was done in front of my garden by Pinner Builders. The drain pipe was replaced because of roots, they fixed everything right and they provided me with good service. They cleaned up my front yard so well that there isn't any sign of any work having been done!

Kitchen plus
We called these builders and they sent Larry. Larry is a skilled and extremely conscientious craftsman, his time estimates for a job are about right - everything was started on time and completed within a week of promised time - but most importantly the jobs were done right, with great design, and top materials.

Accurate and clean
We moved our washing machine and a dryer to the basement and contracted Mark from Pinner Builders to do the job. We found him very polite, knowledgeable and well organized. We feel very confident with the work he completed. It is very accurate and clean. He was very helpful explaining what has to be done and why and showed his professionalism throughout the entire work.

Positive experience
Harry (the builder) was a god guy to work with. This was a small job and my first experience with this company, but it was positive. I would call him again for more jobs (and actually have made an appointment with him to do some painting next time). Thanks Harry!
