appalling/spoilt our special day

It was our daughter's 1st birthday, we spent 3 hours taking pictures (cramped space with other customers in the same area, no privacy), wasn't made clear at the beginning of the costs involved, we asked to leave after the photo shoot and come back following day to in order to make our selection but were told that we had to decide there and then (no consideration given to the fact that the baby was getting anxious and the fact it was her birthday), and when we began to make our selection the lady serving us was rushing us and flicking through images too fast, when selection was made they were unable to save the order as their computer had crashed (now told to come back at our convenience). My wife went back the following day to make the selection and after reviewing all the pics and making her selection again the staff failed to save her order and therefore she had to go through all images again and make the selection again, wasted almost 3 hours again and spoilt other plans. Phoned pixi foto to advise them of what had happened and our disappointment, they assured to get back to us but never did, eventually gone to collect images, took the pack and left the store, upon arriving home went through images and the images on the CD are different to the ones that are printed, 3 images missing from the CD and 2 of the images on the CD weren't even selected. all in all, a complete waste of money, spoilt our girl's special day and didn't even have the decency to apologise for messing us around, WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN and have advised all the family and extended family and friends not to use Pixi foto. I wouldn't even give them a 1 out of 5.
