We will also do all calculations on the extraction you require and design the correct system for your application.

For the Photographic industry we can supply Processing Tanks, Sinks, Trays and a wide range of other products to your needs.

We can also offer a wide range of products to the Food industry such as Feed hoppers, Holding tanks, Trays and many other items in Food safe Polypropylene to conform to tough Health & Safety regulations.

With Health & Safety in mind, a large proportion of our work is now assigned to the guarding of machinery. Plastics to consider for guarding whilst still maintaining visual contact with your products are Polycarbonate, and becoming more popular due to its visual clarity and economics, P.E.T.G. is an excellent and adaptable alternative.

Our services are currently being used in a diverse variety of industries, particularly in areas where there is a need for the handling and storage of highly corrosive and dangerous chemicals. These range from pharmaceuticals, through the motor manufacturers into plating shops and printed circuit board manufacturers, to the brewing industries and the suppliers of many food products.

If your requirement is machining our workshop is equipped with Lathes, Pillar drills, Routers, Circular saws, Polishers and Bandsaw to enable your design requirements to be met, a CNC milling service is also available. For your forming needs we have Heating beds and Ovens.
