Electrical Surveys & Preparation of EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report): We carry out electrical surveys of residential/commercial properties and prepare the EICR which is required for several reasons. This primarily includes compliance with wiring regulations as required under BS 7671 IET. Our electricians are certified for the preparation of the EICR as they are registered with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NECEIC) or The Joint Industry Board Electrical (JIB). The EICR is required by law for every property after every five years or if the occupancy is changed. The EICR ensures that the installed wiring is in immaculate condition and poses no threat to residents. It is also an efficient way of checking if you're wiring & electrical installations require repair/replacement. The EICR is also beneficial if you want to invest in real estate or you want to sell your property. The former ensures that you are making a safe investment while the latter adds to the value of your property. At the end of the survey, we shall provide you with the Electrical Safety Certificate for your property. We only hire highly trained and certified electricians for the preparation of the EICR.
