I agree with above review. Initially come across as pleasant and professional. However once they have your money they are rude, arrogant and simply not interested in anything other than collecting your money. The condition of the house was not as described and repairs were never carried out as requested. Worse still they accuse you falsely of causing damage to the property at the end of the lease and try to withhold your deposit. I have used several agents before without any trouble and am a landlord using belvoir who are the antithesis of plush. Avoid this company like the plague!

buisness people & especially tennants please be aware! at first the women in this estate agents come accross nice. but dont be fooled by it, once they got your buisiness, its like an office of women on p.m.t. they got no customer etiquette. talk to you quite abrupt & it gets wosre! they never seem to know whats gong on half the time. they not up to date with paper work. constant errors. but it really is appalling the way they speak to you once they got your buisiness! for a home owner, if your tennants are going to get treated like this, then do you really think a tennant will look after your house? resentment from being treated unfair & talked down to by plush lettings can cause vandalism! i will never take my buisiness to this company again & i know of many who are complaining of the same treatment.

The best Lettings Agency by far
This agency is absaloutly fantastic - so proactive along with consistant feedback . they really have their clients interest at heart ..
