Every time I went there or another costumer enter the salon they start speaking their own language and it's so rude & disrespectful !!! It's so obvious they are talking about us - costumers but they don't care as long as they have your money & they do speak English very well. They also need to tell you or agree with you the price before starting the work as they charge you what they like :(((((( I will never use them again...........

Overcharged
On entering the salon I was pleased at the layout and cleanliness. I requested gel nails and the lady nodded and repeated my order. Halfway through I noticed she was applying acylic and tried to say I did not want those, I was ignored and she would turn and talk to her friends. The nail tips were applied far too high up, resulting in very unsightly nails I had to wait 6 weeks to look even normal, and I was not asked if I required polish (despite a massive selection of polishes). As I went to ask for some I was told to pay the gel price (with obvious acrylics on) and 'done'. Not impressed, I'll be going somewhere else from now on because any requests, questions or complaints are repeatedly ignored and faced with silence.
