Popdance® teach adults dance routines to “pop†music from the 80s, 90s and 00s. It’s a chance for adults of all ages, shapes, sizes and dancing abilities, to get together, let their hair down and have an hour of “me†time in a relaxed and friendly environment. It’s great fun and we get fit without realising it!
