Do not take your pet here
Had a very bad experience with my little dog on Tues 4th March. I heard Holly crying in the back room as the assistant pulled the hair under her chin till she cried. I heard the assistant say"well if you don't stand still it will hurt you". At this point my partner walked into the back of the parlour and removed Holly. She was unnecessarily cruel to Holly and must have been aware that the dog was stressing. They have a fancy website and refer to the One Show. I won't ever take my dog back here. I feel other animal owners should be made aware of this. I wouldn't give them any rating at all.
