Shocking!
I have had mould coming thru the beading, it isn't down to the building coz the bricks are clean, it's a manufacturing issue, not even a positioning issue. The big boss came to inspect, said its not his problem, and even claimed they're not his company's windows!!! The windows are less than 2 years old, my estate agent has the paperwork! Totally tried to weasel out of any responsibility. Receptionist was lovely tho.
