Hi Jo, Hope your well. I can fully understand you guys wanting some sort of reference, i myself have had a lot of work done over the last few years and am well aware of the nightmare that can be builders! To be honest everything i have to say about Roger and his guys is positive. He was recommended to us by a friend who had had him round to quote and said he was very reasonable and a very nice guy. He quoted very reasonably (much cheaper than others) then when the job came round it started on time and the guys who did it were as hard working and as dedicated as i have seen (they will not stop for more than 2 coffees a day!) I found Roger himself always available on the phone at any time and always willing to come round to discuss changes/minor issues etc. To be honest it sounds like i could be on his payroll but that is my honest assessment and i would highly recommend him and i can't say that about many people!
