fantastic job
Had kitchen/diner done in 'spacia' flooring. It took two days and looks fantastic we are over the moon. Nice people to deal with, very obliging and would recommend.

Excellent job
Wooden flooring laid in our downstairs of the house including sitting room hall etc. Very professional and tidy left the house immaculate and floor shiny. It has been a year now and the floor is still perfect.

Very Good service
We had our downstairs laid with wooden flooring. They arrived on time were extremely tidy and the job was finished off efficiently. We would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Job
Had entire flat flooring done, including 2 bedrooms, front room, hallway bathroom and kitchen. Shopped around and was by far the cheapest quote around. Ordering was quick and simple and flooring was fitted the following week. Really happy with the end result. Staff I dealt with was very helpful and nice. Would recommend and use again! 5 starts ïŠ

Poor quality installation and aftercare service
Unfortunately the job was rushed and I am disatisfied with the over all outcome. Booking the job was easy and the installation took two days. Unfortunately they did not prepare the subfloor adequately and the laminates peel and buckle at the edges. I have extreme concerns about whether the flooring will last and I am dissapointed with their service. The after sales was not professional and the owner ignored my requests for the problems to be sorted by not returning calls and making appointments that inconvenienced me when he did not turn up. I am dissapointed with the service and would not recommend Premier Flooring, Croxley Green to customers. I would suggest that if quality and professionalism are what you want, and most of us do, find a more reputable installer.
