PSL was conceived with quality in mind. It's factory of 9,000 sq ft situated in Hertfordshire has seen the company grow from a workforce of five to its present level of thirty-five, which is set to increase further during 2005.
The past five years have witnessed a continuous investment programme in support of both surface mount and conventional assembly and this is to continue as our customer base expands.
PSL is an ISO9002 company and gained its accreditation only six months after commencing manufacture, and has now been accredited for ISO9001:2000. The staff at PSL have between them a wide-ranging expertise in all aspects of the manufacturing process, enabling the company to provide a total solution for customers in a wide range of business sectors.

We believe that our flexible and adaptive approach enables us to combine the engineering expertise of prototyping, with the process control of volume production within the same facility to enable the simultaneous implementation of a wide range of manufacturing scenarios. PSL are always ready to quote on any product that you already have in production or would like to launch. In line with the ROHS and WEE directive (2002/95/EC) concerning the eradication of lead from the pcb assembly process, PSL can now offer a completely lead free process for those forward thinking customers already producing prototypes or pre-production batches of lead free products.
